Remember the old cap guns we used to have it here? I think it's something like this. This gun used caps in each cartridge to produce the smoke and ejecting effect. |

Who owns the TV station ? The state.
Who runs the Police Public Relations ? The state.
Who run the A&E ? The state.
Is it that HARD to loan guns if the state runs the above three ? No.
(Note: the people who are in charge of the above three represent the state which is vested upon by the govt.)
