The paint job was surprisingly simple, you'd be amazed - I'll do a tutorial when my health improves...  Smiley

Did a little more work on my battle rifle yesterday - added a silencer (thanks to ExSol):

Planning to paint it as soon as the weather clears...

You mean you want to paint the silencer in the above picture? What are you going to paint it to?

I'll take that as a compliment - thanks.  Smiley

@ Mooka - not sure if this is a Taidi, but it's bloody expensive:

This is also nice (I have a couple):

Cheaper to order a Taidi from BT.

cool thanks for those links Phoenix, I have one of the M4's with the clear mag, and that is quite expensive. I would love to get my hands on the buttstock and the shaft for the butstock off a taidi M16 due to me breaking mine.

Now that my SPR and battle rifle are squared away I'm focussing on my CQ-EBR - here's the configuration I'm playing with:

- underslung 40mm launcher
- ACOG
- fold up front sight
- wire-cutter flash hider
- Nerf Raider buttstock

Any suggestions to make it look meaner? I have an AN/PEQ I might throw on...anything else? What do you guys reckon?
Also, what paint job - another desert camo, or all black, or...??

Looking forward to your ideas!

I made the very last change to my SPR sniper today - I fitted a replica Magpul cheek riser to the butt-stock after painting it in the same camo pattern:

Finished at last!  Smiley

I was going to post up asking "when will you show us ur m14?" but you have. I like the idea you have there. Def looks mean as. I think you should do another camo job on it tho. Maybe not DES.?!?! Try another style? Would be nice to see....

Also the finished look of ur SPR is unreal mate. Love it. Looks great. Smiley

Sorry if I sound a little unknowledgeable, but erm, what's that black foregrip-looking thing hanging off at the edge of the buttstock?
